No refund will be accepted without prior arrangement with the company. The customer bears the return costs and the costs of the next shipment.
In case the customer chooses a courier company of his own choice, the costs are borne by the customer based on the pricing of the company in question. The change will not be accepted if the above conditions are not followed.
For used products, the company is not responsible.
Cancellation of an order can only be made before the shipment/receipt of the product.
